SSPMA Market Survey Member Survey

SSPMA initiated a Market Survey project in the summer of 2022. We have conducted 5 surveys since then as part of the pilot project. Results were shared exclusively with SSPMA members as a benefit of your membership. Please take a few moments to respond to the brief survey below to assist us in our efforts to stay focused and relevant to member needs.

Are you familiar with SSPMA’s market survey project? *

Please rate the usefulness of the survey results on a scale of 1 – 5, with 1 being not useful at all and 5 being extremely useful. *

Past surveys are based on 1,000 completed internet survey responses using screeners for: professional plumbers, professional contractors who do plumbing work, and “do-it-yourself” consumers who do or have done plumbing projects. What is your confidence level in this data on a scale of 1 – 5 with 1 being not confident at all and 5 being extremely confident. *

The committee is considering conducting a more targeted survey using a Contractor Magazine list but this approach would likely only yield 100 responses even with incentives. Would you find this approach to yield more valuable, less valuable, or equally valuable data? *
